I think you could have a stomach infection! That can be serious, and it's best to see you're Dr.

Maybe anti-gas caps would help.

I wouldn't recommend an antacid, as that can neutralize acid that is there to protect the stomach against infections.

I would go directly to the doctor as soon as possible.

Don't take anything before you get there, as this could mess up the diagnosis.

If he doesn't fix it, try Papain. It is papaya in a chewable pill, and that at least can help digest food. I think maybe a course of Activa yogurt could help, but the doctor is the first choice.

If you do not have insurance, try the hospital clinic card, or county.

Or just go anyway. Don't take chances.
But don't try anything alternative, like the papain or the yogurt without first making sure from the doctor they won't interact or react with what he prescribes. That info may be on the label as well.

Your bloated stomach is a result of gas caused by something you ate. . . since you don't want to try bicarbonate of soda water, Try a mixture of warm water and lemon juice. Then try taking drinking Chamomile tea for your appetite. Otherwise, some Brandy might not be a bad idea.

Do that. Grate 1 inch of ginger and extract it's juice. Add half a teaspoon of pure honey to it and drink this concoction. You'll be relieved of bloated belly in no time and it will even increase your appetite

Lots of good suggestions here (except the weed ones.) Add some yogurt to your diet. First thing in the morning when you break your night fast drink 8 oz of water and then a full, small container of low sugar, non-fat yogurt. Drink 8 oz of water every two hours and don't eat any cheese or drink milk. Are you constipated? You have symptoms of constipation and drinking a lot of water and eliminating dairy products should help.

Whenever I have a touch of stomach flu...I drink gingerale (ginger aids in digestion & you should let the glass of soda go flat before you drink it).

Feel better soon! ;)
