Do you use essential oils for aromatherapy or natural healing? If so, how? (I only use them for aromatherapy, but have been reading about other uses...)

I have heard that St.johns wort is good for when you are feeling down and a bit moody! Has anyone got any feedback for me? I have stopped smoking now for almost 2 weeks and the not having a cigarette is fine but its making me a little bit irritable! Thanks

I did a little bit of reading, and I have a bad history with taking any mood elevating drug. I want to try to lose a bit of weight and get carved a bit better than I am.
I read that Relacore also improves your mood and plays with your feelings of anxiety, things that I've taken in the past that did that caused me to have a severe psychotic episode.

I read that a little bit of lactobacilli with a bit of plain yogurt can help aid in ridding the body of bacterial vaginosis , I would just like to know if it actually works by someone who has actually used it. If it worked, how did you use it? Pills, injection, suppository like?

my 24 yr old daughter is hooked on lora tabs pain pills and has been for quite some time, she said when she doesnt have them she goes thru bad withdrawals ,like her body hurting, crying , not feeling well, and has temper tantrums, she was in rehab last yr. for 1 month, but it didnt help much, because she keeps seeking to find the pills, and she also has a child,if you have any suggestions, please respond, she also doesnt work and is constantly pawning or stealing or borrowing money from anyone for this drug.

I ride my bicycle to and from work on a daily basis. I’ve been taking a Chinese herb, via GNC - Dong Quai Root (Angelica sinensis) 550.00 mg.

I noticed a huge improvement in my endurance and speed. For example, my roommate was driving her “2006 Hyundai Tiburon GT V6” coupe, and I managed to barely keep up with her on my bicycle. It was on a residential road, for about 3 miles.

Are there any negative side effects?

I have acid reflux disease and was put on prevacid it helped for a little while then stopped so i stopped taking it then i just tried tums and rolaids which helps a little this runs in my family very and they all take nexium does anyone else take it and do you prefer it over prevacid?

I found some site that have heightbooster to increase your size, I would like to be a liitle bit taller. Is it wrong to want to change something about yourself. A part of me feels that something bad may take place. But it no worst then those diet pills or the weight gain pills. What do you think.
