It is all about food combiniations. If you eat the wrong foods together it creates havoc through your entire digestive system. there is no immediate cure but it should go away in the next couple of hours.
Basic rule: Don't combine starch and protein nor either with fruit within 2 hours of each other. They need different things to digest which your body cannot produce at the same time.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. I would try Fennel or Chamomile teas. Also Ginger tea or crystallized ginger are very good for digestive problems, ginger is also very good for nausea and sickness. If it continues and the pain gets worse you may have gall stones or an ulcer.

We use bicarbonate of soda. One tablespoon mixed in a glass of water. Hope you are feeling better soon.

drink charcoal, you can buy it in powder form from the shop, it works well for belly aches
