What is in Relacore?

I did a little bit of reading, and I have a bad history with taking any mood elevating drug. I want to try to lose a bit of weight and get carved a bit better than I am.
I read that Relacore also improves your mood and plays with your feelings of anxiety, things that I've taken in the past that did that caused me to have a severe psychotic episode.

Really not much, C and B-vitamins and a very small amount of some herbs with relaxing properties...

Buying a stress B cost less and is about the same...or a vitamin shoppe/world/gnc etc stress herb/vitamin complex...would be as effective if not more and cost less.

i just purchased relacore today- it seems as tho it would work... i found it at sam's club for 35 dollars. (two bottles of 90 capsales... not bad)
