Take TURMERIC capsules - you can find them at better health food stores and at GNC and VitaminWorld. Turmeric is a spice that reduces inflammation without causing any side-effects. You'll need to take it daily for at least 2 months in order to start seeing results.

Salmon oil is very good too - also found in capsules. Salmon has been found to reduce inflammation and it's great for your overall health too. (Salmon oil capsules do not leave an odor, by the way).

I would also highly recommend that you go for acupuncture treatments for more immediate results.

Emu oil works well for easing aches and pains as well as swelling. But dont just buy any emu oil. I have tried a bunch and some reek, some dont have a long shelf life, some use additives and some have inhumane methods of extracting the oil from the emu. The one I like best is Desert Palms. Whatever you do, avoid Kayla emu oil, it smells like cooked ducks blech.

A good friend suffered for this affliction for almost 15 years. She recently discovered that a wheat alergy called Celiac was causing all of her pain.
She's been on a gluten-free diet and has had no symptoms of RA.
She sure misses pizza, though.

I take 3000 mg MSM daily. Just MSM not mixed with other medications. It will not cure it but will keep it under control.
I have told lots of other people about it and it has been successful for them.
It takes about 3 months for it to fully work but keep taking it and you will be glad you did.

Enjoy a one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax, it's simply amazing.

Just - it's available in California and Europe only, costing approx. 220 dollars.

I've experienced it myself for other symptoms and think it's absolutely great.
