No not really. At 19 you're about as tall as you're going to get. You can try inserts in your shoes. This may gain a half inch or so. You can also try some changes in your wardrobe. A stlylist or a GOOD sales person at a suit store may have suggestions (Strips or certain colours) Hair syles can also give an appearance in height.
Best advice. Stand proud, be confident, don't worry about what anyone thinks and you'll be tall enough!

I'm a grown adult man, and I am around 5' 2". Unfortunately my friend, there is nothing you really can do to increase your height. You can work on correct posture, and stretching the spine a little bit by bending over and allowing the spine to elongate. But other than this, there is nothing. I lift weights and have built a nice physique. It hasn't given me height, but if you try it, it might make you feel just a little bit better about yourself. I wish you the best.

Well, if you do not let puberty and its limitations hinder you, then yes - you need to exercises more to get rid of fat in unneeded places, if you do have. With more exercises and body building, you may tend to increase your size. With this too, always try drink milk and have having lots of calcium and phosphorous in your system (but not too much) in the form of suppliments, like centrum silver, GNC, etc. You will find that calcium and phosphorous salts / ions will help to build the components of the bones, increasing it, and giving you more height. Go for it!

Unfortunately, there are no miracle cures for height. But you still have some hope as many young adults don't have their last growth spurt until about age 21. Besides, some girls dig short guys =)

They do have shots but I believe it needs to be administered during puberty. There is an operation which can elongate your legs and arms but requires them to be broken and stretched and it leaves scars. I saw this operation performed on a dwarf and it added like 6 total inches.

Well, if you really felt like it, you could strap your self to two horses an have them run in different directions. And you'll either get two inches, or be split in half.

i'm about your height.. 165cm tall.. but i'm really happy with it.. sometimes, you can just fade into the background, but take that as a blessing in disguise.. we short people can do things tall people cannot do..
