My grandfather had an amazingly thick, although white, head of hair until the day he died and he always said that after he shampooed and rinsed out his hair, he'd pour cold water over his hair. I've been doing lately whenever I remember, and I've noticed there are noticeably less hairs in my tub and comb.

Check to see if it is a result of a medical condition or a prescription you are taking. Even health supplements can cause hair loss.

My own grandma told me that cold water showers are very good for making your hair and skin healthier, and I honestly believe it works

if still not getting well then use minoxidil topical
