I have heard if u have Chlamydia and you touch your eye it can lead to ... i fogot the name but can lead to eye problems. I dont know if its true or if its a diffrent kind of chlamdyia?

What is it called when someone has multiple personalities, can remember them, but thinks of them as seperate entities from themselves and those multiple personalities interact with each other? Also can their actual personality be completely crazy, and one of their other personalities be rational and coherent? Please don't say "oh yeah... thats schizophrenia..." Please tell me what ACTUAL disorder that would be, and also if all that above is at all possible. Sources would help immensely!

I just had a wisdom tooth removed and am taking Hydrocodone for pain right now. The label says HYDROCO/APAP Tab 7.5 500. I have a mild fatty liver and wanted to know if It would be bad to keep taking this stuff. Its says once every 4 hours, but It seems one does almost nothing, so I've been taking 1 1/2 or 2 and thats been working. Is this going to cause more damage or should it be OK? I just have another days worth of pills left.

Hey everyone, I am in seventh grade an when ever i run for like 2 minutes i get cramps. I have to run a mile for school and i dont know if i will be able to if i get the cramps. Could you tell something i can do or use to help stop my cramps. Thanx !!

I've been drinking a 16 oz. bottle of Pepsi a day for as long as I can remember, and that came with a price (I've packed on a few unwanted pounds). So now I buy a gallon of Food Lion sweet tea to last me through the week. How much healthier is a glass of sweet tea, than a 16 oz. Pepsi anyway, or is it not healthier?? Am I making a good decision or should I go to something else?? Just wondering.....

my left nostril is usually always clogged and swollen a bit bigger then the right was wondering the reason and treatements..

would surgery be needed? I hope not...my doc said it was swollen and prescribed me to nasonex..ive been using it on and off but no immediate noticable changes...

I am 14, and I am fairly sure that I have had Asperger's Syndrome for all my life without getting diagnosed for it. Over the past few months, I believe the effects have become more profound. I am intensely passionate about math, philosophy, psychology, [theoretical] physics, art, poetry, literature, and ancient history. I feel that over the [course of] past year or so, I have become much more knowledgeable and intelligent. My mathematical prowess, philosophical insight, visualization skills, and raw intelligence have increased noticeably. Correspondingly, however, I have had increasing headaches [both in longevity and severity]. I have very low self-esteem. I do not enjoy "normal" social interaction, and when in social situations I feel mostly fear and anxiety. Recently, this anxiety has become terrible. I do not mind the social awkwardness, but psychologically I am deteriorating, and that has affected me deeply. I've had extreme highs and lows emotionally.

I mean, you can just go jogging for 30mins - 1 hour and you are done. Why spend so much time in a gym ? Maybe they want to make full use of the facilities. But that's just limiting yourself, when you can do so much outdoors. On the positive side, they are very fit. What do you think ?

I lost my retainer nearly a week ago and have had my braces off for nearly five months. I have a permanent retainer behind my top front teeth (only on the two buck ones, I hope you know what I'm talking about). My mom had the dentist put the permanent retainer behind my front teeth b/c she knew that I'd lose the removeable one or swallow it or something. Will my teeth still shift anyway? Before I had the braces on the only problem with my teeth was that there was a gap in between the top ones.

A student of mine has a disability. I haven't looked at her records, but thought maybe someone would recognize her symptoms.
She has vision problems, but does not wear glasses. When she talks to you, she does not look directly at you, but rather over the top of your head.
She has a limp and one of her hands is very stiff. She seems to have problems gripping with that hand.
She does not appear to have any learning disability.
Is this cerebral palsy?

July/4 I noteced bump under my armpit. Could not wait the morning to see my doctor. After blood test, come back negative. WBC normal,plattlets normal. But Ultrasound were corncerned some kind of metatistic desease like Lymphoma.
I was sent to Hospital and took another blood test ...some again. Aug20 I had Biopsy done. By that time I developed some extra symtoms like tender scalp, and teary eyes. The biopsy come back sept5 we suspect it is lymphoma. The Oncoligist said he deos not treat suspect. The patholigist very respectable hospital are not sure after all. that is my story

I am extremely frightened of the dentist and have wo teeth that are in urgent need of work ( they are crumbling away in my mouth). I've tried the mind over matter thing but got as far as the drill going into the mouth, people have said to listen to music and stuff but I really am scared of the drill and pain. where can I be knocked out to have work done on the nhs?

I have a tooth that has been filled since i was about 9.
Lately it has been giving me some problems and today i went to the dentist and i was told because of the roots he could not Pull it and that my options are either get a root canal or get it cut out.
I have heard so many bad stories about root canals and I'm a little worried about getting one, Would it be best to get a root canal or get the tooth cut out?
