I have! Well, I did a "version" of it. I ate a bowl of cereal for 2 meals, ate snacks less than 100 calories twice a day..and then what I wanted to for the 3rd meal. I lost 6 lbs my first week. Lost more after that!! Excercise helps....I really enjoyed the diet. I didn't cut anything out..just watched what I ate during "snacks"

Good Luck!! :)

I have. I am actually on it right now. I don't own a scale so I am not sure at the exact amount of weight i have lost (I would guess about 5 pounds so far and I haven't been exercising, which i'm sure would speed up weightloss) But, i know for sure that it hasn't made me gain any. I like it because the cereal is a little bit sweet and I have a big sweet tooth so eating cereal is an easy way to have a meal and cure a little bit of a sweet tooth. And plus I am on a lower calorie diet so the fact that it only has 150 calories for cereal and milk and it fills me up for a while is great. Until i find a diet i can stick to, then i will continue this one, its easy to follow and not go off track.

I've recently lost 61lbs since April 9 dong the following:

Do not eat over 2000 calories. Make your calories count. 2000 is a lot believe it or not. I kept my food intake as fat free as possible. And here is the kicker for true success...get a diet journal and write what you eat down. You'll be amazed of how easy it is.

Staple foods with this plan is a lot of chicken breast. Vegetables in the frozen section have a lot to offer that are very low calorie. Snack items...sugar free jello gelatin, sugar free jello pudding. Fresh fruit. 100 calorie snack packs make it easy to keep track.

I lost 21lbs my first month by doing the above and I did not exercise at all. Your weight loss does slow down after this initial period so incorporating some sort of physical activity is essential if you really want to kick it up a notch.

I thought of it but then read the box and realized that special k is basically blown up white rice and does not really have any complex carbs. Plus you could do it with almost any other healthy, no added sugar cereal. I am not impressed. They make it sound like special K is so special that with it you will lose the weight and that they thought of it, meanwhile it is just a meal replacement and lowering calorie intake.

the "special K diet" is just a calorie reduced diet,, because the cereal is lower in calories/carbs than most cereals
and when you reduce the calories and add the excercise you will loose the weights.

Special K is garbage, simply looking at the list of ingredients tells you that. the longer the list of ingredients in a food item the more processed it is and the less nutrients it will actually provide. whole oatmeal is what you should be consuming, it has one ingredient and no chemicals.
