i am 14 and still havnt had my period, all my friends have why havnt i??

Everyone matures at diffrent ages. Some women don't even have their periods until they're 18 years old. You're just maturing more slowly than your friends. If you've began to notice things like breasts and pubic hair, though, you may be getting ready to start yours.

All girls start their period at different ages. Some as early as 12 some 16 or older. If there would be a chance that you could be pregnant it would be a concern if not it will get here soon enough

Thats just your body hon. It varies from girl to girl. This generation of women have their period earlier and earlier, sometimes because of artificial hormones added in milk. But really, it's no question that everyone develops at a different rate. It's just like how people loose their teeth at different times.

Some girls don't get it until they are 16. Don't worry about it. There are millions of girls just like you. Your body is just different, that's all.
Getting your period depends on a few factors: Age, race, body weight, and genetics.
You'll get it soon. Once you've had it, no one even cares anymore. It will come soon enough.

Don't worry about it in a way you are lucky you don't have to deal with it. You will have your period for approximately 35 to 40yrs anyway. When your body is ready it will start. If you are really worried about it talk to your Dr.

Usually bigger kid have there period early or non-athletics. I didnt have mine till i was almost 16. But i was very athletic and i was a wopping 110 pounds lol. Your fine i promise!

Because you just aren't ready, yet ! Everyone is different, some start earlier and some later. Some as late as 17 !
But don't worry, it will happen soon enough !!

there are many reasons a girl doesn't start her monthly cycles until she is older. there's nothing wrong with you, and it doesn't make you any less of a woman. the cycle will start when it's good and ready to. until then, feel secure that the secret is simply waiting to unfold. you contain a universe. take care.

lucky you when you do you wont want it. Your mother probably didnt start hers until whenever. It will happen soon enough dont worry, I started my period at 15 and it didnt stop until I was 53.

Not everyone is the same. When your body is ready you'll have your period. my friend didn't have hers till she was 16.
