Hey everyone, I am in seventh grade an when ever i run for like 2 minutes i get cramps. I have to run a mile for school and i dont know if i will be able to if i get the cramps. Could you tell something i can do or use to help stop my cramps. Thanx !!

Sweetie, you don't mention whether these are stomach cramps or leg cramps. It is easier to answer a question when all the necessary information is given.

For leg cramps:
be sure to stretch and warm up before running
stay hydrated - drink plenty of fluids before, during and after
eat bananas - the potassium prevents cramps
stay oxygenated - learn how to breathe properly while running

For stomach cramps or a side stitch:
follow the rules listed above
breathing technique is usually the cause
