I've recently lost 61lbs since April 9 dong the following:

Do not eat over 2000 calories. Make your calories count. 2000 is a lot believe it or not. I kept my food intake as fat free as possible. And here is the kicker for true success...get a diet journal and write what you eat down. You'll be amazed of how easy it is.

Staple foods with this plan is a lot of chicken breast. Vegetables in the frozen section have a lot to offer that are very low calorie. Snack items...sugar free jello gelatin, sugar free jello pudding. Fresh fruit. 100 calorie snack packs make it easy to keep track.

I lost 21lbs my first month by doing the above and I did not exercise at all. Your weight loss does slow down after this initial period so incorporating some sort of physical activity is essential if you really want to kick it up a notch.

Ok!The best thing to lose weight is to drink lots of grape friut juice. It is very healthy.Also, exercise like try doing 10 sit ups and 10 push ups before you go to sleep and in the morning.It will also, help to eat fruits and vegetables and a little meat on the side.Because I tried a non-meat diet for a week and felt light headed at the end.The best thing for meat is fish or tuna fish on a salad.Try not to eat so much fatty foods like bread, and white rice.

TAKE MY ADVICE:
if you want to lose weight, then lose weight by changing things in ur lifestyle. yea if u do that fasting thing u will lose weight, duh, but the thing is is that it'll come back if you don't make changes to your lifestyle to keep it that way.
The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. You shouldn't fast to lose weight. you should do it to cleanse your body of toxins. If you do fast, yes you will lose weight but you will gain it all back as soon as you start eating again and might actually gain more.
If you really want to lose weight eat 1200 cals a day and do 30 minutes of cardio a day.

You should follow that diet, and by doing that you will be full from drinking the smoothies so you will eat less, then you should excerise at least 40 min 3 times a week and no cheating that way the pounds will come off.

no it's not good for you. juice? just on juice.. you need more vitamins and minerals than that. common sense. lose weigth.
be active
eat healthy--- vegies, fish, and fruit
diet---- cut sweets, soda, fried food, don't over eat or eat late at night.
exercise--- jog a mile every other day. for walk a hour or two. power walk.
