Basically can a computer be the culprit for having to get glasses? I recently found out that I have become far sighted. Is this a direct result from too much computer time starring at the screen and such?

I usually wake up at night to find my penis hard and elect, making me to uncover myself to let air cools it down, these takes 15 minutes b4 its fully flaccid. These has been happening every night since 2005, one year after an accident that left me with a broken leg and a dislocated hip joint. Am full recovered physically from that accident. The alarming thing is that even if i have sex, it does not stop, infact its erect in about 2/3 hrs after sex. Is these priapism, whats the side effect?!! and what is paraplegic?!!!11

I have been having severe tooth pain for several days now. I haven't eaten or slept very well since it started. my face is swollen and ora-gel isn't working at all. I put my fingers on the tooth and it moves slightly side to side. Would it be bad to take some needle-nose pliers and pull it out? I'm 37 years old and have never had problems with my teeth before. Would I be able to stop the bleeding myself? (no health or dental insurance!!!)

I had a multiple hairline fracture of my 5th metatarsal on my left foot over 2 and a half years ago. A podiatrist said that the damage wasn't bad and they didn't need to rebreak it. But I have had trouble with my foot ever since. My foot throbs continuously and just the other day I was climbing up on a bank and my foot really started to hurt. The throbbing became painful and my foot began cracking and popping. I can't flex my foot and can walk on it, but can't put much pressure on it. My foot almost feels like it needs to be put back in place- almost like when you crack your back or a joint to make it feel better? Once the foot "cracks back in place" it relieves the pain a little bit.

I am really at a loss here. I always felt that my foot never healed properly. The pain and throbbing is on the side of my foot close to my ankle. The throbbing can actually be felt like a pulse and with rest it isn't getting better.
What could possibly be the problem? Did I reinjure my foot?

Generally I only remember bits and pieces, but what I do remember is really abstract, bizarre or disturbing. Of late I haven't been sleeping well either, though I put this down to the fact that it's been hot and that the mattress I've been sleeping on hasn't been very comfortable. I’ve also been ill too.

As far as I can think I have nothing really to worry about either, I guess I have some stuff for my night class to finish and occasionally I worry my life is going nowhere, but these are silly passing thoughts. What else could be causing this? They’re certainly not just images that I've picked up unconsciously during the day.

It's 3 A.M and I still can't fall asleep. I also have to get up at seven and go to work. I'm worried.
