It's 3 A.M and I still can't fall asleep. I also have to get up at seven and go to work. I'm worried.

Take deep breaths and clear your mind of the day's concerns. If the condition persists, see your doctor. He may prescribe a sleep medication.

I've had this happen plenty of times, especially if I fall asleep too early in the evening. Try putting on some relaxing music or read a boring book. I also recommend getting some Sleepytime herbal tea so you'll be ready next time it happens.

you might try an otc pill, a blindfold or reading a book. If none of thoose helps, and it continues......consult a doctor about it.

I've suffered from Insomnia problems for 12 years now.....so I feel your pain on this.

worrying about not sleeping would make it worse. try to relax.

Worrying about not sleeping? You need to relax. Find something relaxing to do to ease your mind from whatever it is that is troubling you.

i would suggest listening to some tunes or leave the tv on.
