Personally I would not have any surgery done overseas, no matter how "cheap" it is.
After you figure in passport, airline, hotel, three meals a day, etc costs, I feel it would just be better to have it done in the States.
Also, you shouldn't be doing too much traveling after surgery.
Plus, what happens if something goes wrong? What choices do you have to take care of anything legally?
IF you do go overseas, do your research on the doctor you decide upon and be very careful.

I have heard some hideous stories of having it done in Asia and also Romania. However I have heard some great outcomes. I would be VERY careful. You are messing with your health and your life in some instances for cosmetic surgery. IN some cases the surgeons were not even plastic surgeons - in some countries any doctor can call themselves plastic surgeons without the necessary training or endorsement.
If it were me I would definitely save up the extra cash and have it done at home where you can be sure the law will protect you if anything goes wrong. You have better access in your home to research the surgeon and dont forget the anaesthetist (this is the guy who keeps you alive while unconscious)
I work in the OR and have seen how things can go wrong (rare) but they do. I have also seen some terrible boob jobs done where the skin has ended up puckered and uneven.
Just be VERY careful. How much would you pay for your life? The savings are not that significant when you remember what is at stake.

Follow your heart: If breast augmentation will make you like yourself better, than do it! I think plastic surgery & breast augmentation fall into the same categories as tatoos, piercings, make-up. . .If it makes you like your image, then do it!
But, be *very very* careful you choose an appropriate place. While having breast augmentation overseas can lessen the cost, if you choose a less reputable place, the initial savings could end up going back into fix it, or worse yet, cover up a scar.

Breast augmentation surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
