Recently I had join fitness center try to slim down and get fit, my most concern part is to slim down my belly, I want to ask is running help to shake my belly gone? I already start runny 45min everyday and spend another 15 min into weight training stuff.. am I doing right away, 2 week more I will go to beach for vacation, I hope I can have the best shape to show but my belly just won't go! how? and I have practiced eat healthy food no fast food recently, morning a glass of soy bean, launch with rice & vegetable n some chicken, dinner with two slice of bread or a glass of milk & an apple.....hope some pro people can help me out here ! thanks

how long does it take to die from a ruptured spleen, i have mono and ive been having upper left abominal pain since yesterday morning around 5am. im afraid i have a ruptured spleen, but i dont think you can live that long with a ruptured spleen.

How can I tell if it's viral or bacterial?

It's around one tooth, and the tooth is healthy. My gum is red and sore with some small spots of translucent white over it that change day to day.

I think it's been there for like 4 days now? The area affected has grown to include the part of my inner cheek that's touching it, but it's still a relatively small area.

I don't know if this is gingivitis or some sort of cold sore that's *in* my mouth instead of on it or what. It's never bled (making gingivitis less likely?) and it doesn't look anything like thrush.

If it is viral, what can I do to make it go away faster?

i cannot find the right brace in local stores. i cannot afford a doctor. it sends pain up my arm about 4 inches. my wrist is tender and its warm in a certain spot. ice does not help nor does heat. i got a brace for carpal,but the bars in it hurts cause it rides on the pain sight. if i dont get this fixed by a doctor, will i end up on disability? will a free or low priced health clinic be able to help?

I just seem to be nagging my fiancé at the moment, and he is starting to get annoyed with me.
I always got my own way as a child, and in previous relationships they just did what I said (so to speak).
Now I’ve meet the man of my dreams, and understandably it annoys him when I constantly have digs at him and tell him 'don't do this or go and do that'. I know when I do it and we usually just laugh it off when I start...But me telling him to change the TV channel last night, broke the camels back, as I wanted him to stop watching his programme and turn it to mine immediately. He said that I just expect him to do what I want, when I want and he can't have a say in anything.
I’m like this with everyone; mum, dad, sisters etc. I’m just a complete bossy cow, and it’s upsetting my fiancé.
I’m not like this 24/7, but when I do have a go it’s upsetting him, and I don't want to hurt or lose him.
How can I stop letting little things wind me up so much? I'm a Taurus and the eldest of 5..

Seen an optromistrist and optician and no one can find anything wrong with the eye

Pain in right eye and then it waters profusely. Once the water has gone the eye eventually settles down and the pain goes. Takes about an hour or longer and then calm till the next time.

Eye is not red nor inflammed.

Can it be computer? Eye strain? Wrong prescription for glasses? Any thoughts welcome. It occurs most at around 4am and so I am losing sleep. G

I had a broken wisdom tooth yanked, and there is some swelling and infamation. The Vicodin does not help that. It's been 4 days. I'm thinking the doc gave me a pretty healthy injury when he pulled it.
