you can't become any shorter than you are unless you cut yourself off at the kneecaps which I don't think you would do, well at least I hope not, give it time though once you reach a certain age you start shrinking, maybe only an inch or so up till the time you die but you will start shrinking eventually if you live long enough, seems more so women do it than men though, osteoporosis I would guess

TO SHRINK.
IF YOUR DIETING YES.
OR HONEY I SHRUNK THE KIDS.
BY DR. YES BY SURGICAL PROCEDURE YES
SOMETHING HAS TO BE CUT IN YOUR HEEL.
