Not to discourage you.

No way you gonna lose weight without exercise. And lose it fast.....

The unscrupulous diet marketers will tell you that it will work with their "magic" weight loss formulas or diet pills.

Don't ever fall into this kind of scamp. Because it's harmful to your body and the min. you stop eating the pills, the pound s pile back on.

The only easier way to lose weight is this -

Exercise and eat a healthy, weight loss, nutritious diet that's bank on lower fat calories.

This combination is the tried and true method of losing weight. You do one without the other, you'll be only getting half-half result - 50% weight loss, 50% health, neither here nor there....

Sorry, buddy, you got to exercise and eat right - BOTH.

Hi, if you are just looking to fit into a special dress or something for a special occasion, then yu can by drastically cutting your calories and your salt. Your weight loss will be mostly fluid but it will get you into that favorite outfit. The weight won't stay off without exercise so you will have to walk at least if you want any long term results. It depends on how much weight you want to lose? and exactly how fast do you want to lose it?

If you want to lose 5 pounds in 1 week, then it can be done, but if you want to lose 20 pounds in 1 week, it can't be done.

Are you unable to exercise? Are you disabled? Or are you just lazy and you don't like to pop in a video tape to work out with it?

I know exactly what it's like to be lazy, and have no energy and don't want to work out. But it makes losing weight a lot faster if you can work out 30 minutes a day!

~For Breakfast: Eat a bowl of oatmeal, a piece of fruit, and a glass of skim milk
~Snack: Slim fast
~For Lunch: Tuna sandwich ( 2ounces of tuna with fat free mayo, pickle relish, 2 pieces of whole wheat bread), & drink a v8 juice
~Snack: a cup of yogurt and a piece of fruit
~For Dinner: 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast with 1-2 cups of cooked broccoli or brussel sprouts, and 1/4 cup of brown rice
~Snack: 2 cups of un-buttered air popped pop corn, or 30 fat free pretzels, and a glass of skim milk

This diet should make you lose weight very fast the HEALTHY way! Because you'll be getting enough calcium, protein, veggies, fruit, and the good kind of carbs.

You can lose weight without exercising but, really fast is not possible without starving yourself.

go to walmart or any store that has books. get a small calorie book. everything you eat, count the calories. try to only have 1500 calories a day and after a week of that try 1000. for meals have healthy choice meals. they may seem like nothing to first 2 days but after the first few days, they will fill you up. i did it and lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. after the first 10 lbs you lose it`ll take you a bit longer to lose 10 more lbs but it works and its the healthiest way to do it.

Fast is the answer. Go without food for a couple of days. You should be able to lose a few pounds that way.

I have last 5 pounds in the past week just from actually eating breakfast! You know the Special K cereal commercial? Well, it is actually true. I always skip breakfast and saw the commercial and thought I'd give it a try and I'm glad I did.
