I have stretch marks on my arms from lifting weights. They are noticable and embrassing. I have been using some creams and lotions recently. If I went to see a dermatologist, would they give me any prescriptions creams for my problem? I am thinking of seeing a doctor but if they are going to tell me what I already know than it's pointless. Thanks.

I decided to get in better shape, so i decided to start eating better and working out. i work out 1 hour 3-4 times a week, and i do a lot of weight lifting and stuff like that. its not very heavy weights, just enough to get a good work out. i always here that "you will stunt your growth if you start working out before your 18" or "you'll have long term damange on your muscle later on" or "you'll get your muscles smaller". is any of this stuff true?

I have a rich friend, he gives us money for doing silly things, stunts, eating strange things, all sorts, like jackass, but on another network. He has bet me $100000 if i can eat 50 glass marbles, I dont have to chew them, just swallow them, and I have one day to eat them all.

What would be the health issues involved in doing this?

Would the marbles come out with number 1's or number 2's?

I really want to do this one last stunt for him, maybe then he will let my family go, a lot of people think what we do is funny, but some of us have long term injuries from these stunts

im 15. i had my first period in january. then it came again in february. both times they wewre EXTREMLY light.

My life is way too stressful right now. My mom had surgery and is still in the hospital, so basically, whenever I'm not at school, I'm at the hospital. I don't have time to do anything fun. We're barely able to afford to eat so I have no idea how we're going to be able to pay for the surgery. These 2 guys in my class won't leave me alone and keep making fun of me and embarrassing me in front of everyone. i have about 3 months to loose about 20-30 pounds
i weigh 150 right now and im about 5'4 and im 14
my daily routine is
get up have a small glass of coffee oatmeal [small bowl]
walk over to my friends houe [ 10 min walk]
then i walk home from school [10 min] and for lunch i njust have apple carrots and a cerial bar
and dinner usually a smart one

i have polycystic ovaries and decided to use contracetive pills to regulate may period.and i chuz ALTHEA. it has 21 pill which should be taken for 21 days obviously. I just want to make sure ill be using it properly. so ill be taking it on my first day of period then take 7 days rest after the 21 pills. then on the 8th day ill start another set. is it right?
as a contraceptive, when does it usualy takes effect? can i have a safe s** after taking lets just say 3 pills? i just want to make sure that i wont get pregnant if i use the pill

I went to a dentist to get 2 crowns. The dentist informed I would need a root canal. I didn't think anything of it and made the appointment. Today I was called and told that the specialist would be performing the root canal, and that it would cost A THOUSAND DOLLARS. Yes, that's right, 1k for a root canal. So I pleaded with the office, I can't afford that, can't the dentist do it and they said no. The crowns have already been ordered so I have to go back to that dentist and get them put in. The office said I could go somewhere else to do the root canal, but how can I pull that off? What dentist would be willing to do a root canal on someone else's temporary? Any suggestions? I can't afford 1000.00. Please help me. Please.
