i lost weight recently, and i was down to a size 32 pants, but yesterday i couldnt fit into them. i'm not sure what i did before, so i cant do it again

Start eating healthy meals and don't forget about fruits and veggies! Cut out sodas, junk foods, fast foods, candies and other sweets.
Drink a lot of water each day! It really is important.
And, of course, get active!!

Well I heard on TV that you should just stand still for 7 minutes a day. This is b/c when you are not moving around like you would in the gym, you are working muscles against other muscles. I don't know how this really works, but it works. I would also suggest eating 5 meals a day instead of 3. You know how you would normally eat at 7 for breakfast, later you would get hungry and eat a another big meal when lunch is coming soon. So what you do is, eat your breakfast, then an hour/hour and half later, eat a snack like fruit or yogurt. If eating a snack, don't eat something that has a lot of fat, sugar, or cholesterol contents. If you are going to eat chips, get the baked kind. Well hopes this helps. Oh yeah, I would go jogging or even walking 10-15 minutes a day. You could even do it at night, or get a treadmill to do at home.

jUST EAT FRUITS IN THE MORNING OR OATS... AND UH... MAYBE YOU SHOULD SKIP LUNCH!!! AND IN THE AFTERNOON, WHEN ITS NOT REALLY SUNNY AND HOT, DO SOME EXERCISING LIKE JUGGLING OR PLAYING A SPORT!!! AND DINNER, DONT EAT TOO MUCH, JUST AT LEAST EAT HALF OF YOUR MEAL YOU NORMALLY EAT.
