Actually, it's all about that body fat.
If yours is already low, then I'd do leg lifts and bicycle crunches.

If it's high, then you gotta do that cardio to get it low.

Technically, if someone has less that 10% body-fat then abs will already show. Regardless of doing crunches or whatever.
