You might have Vertigo, you need to see a Dr to make sure you don't have a pinched nerve, or a chemicle imballance. Hy the way are you sensitive to heights?

Do you have an ear infection? Hearing is a way of balancing ourselves, if you have a problem with one or both of your ears you may feel like your getting dizzy even when laying down.

well that all depends... have you been drinking any alcohol because that would definatley do it.... but i doubt it if you are concerned... I would suggested drinking plenty of water you may be dehydrated! hope you feel better!

maybe your sugar leval is low or do you have a bad headache with it? could be migrane. either way you should not let it slide, have it checked out.
