I hope you plan on eating more than that. If you don't take in enough calories, your body will go into starvation mode. Starvation mode will stall or prevent you from losing weight.
You need to eat more--healthy meals. Get in fruits and veggies.
Water is very important with weight loss. Drink water each day.
Walking is a good start. Do you play any sports? That would be exercise. Also, you could ride a bike, run around the block. Anything--just get moving!

Remember that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
Good luck!☺

it looks like youhave a daily routine here. maybe you should start walking farther distances. ON the weekends maybe ask someone you know to go jogging with you to the mall or something. Me, I usally jog three miles to the outlet.
so when you get better at jogging / running, try to go all the way non-stop without walking.
This will help you! and if you eat healthy (you already are) you can lose waight!!!
p.s. you can also do afterschool activities like swimming, or softball.
and ask you parents if you can go to the gym or the YMCA to go on the tredmill or something.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.
