okay, i know swimsuit season is coming up and i REALLY need to get rid of this big stomach of mine. its not huge, but u get the idea. i need some exersizes to do at HOME. i dont have the time to go to a gym, im very busy. just some quick and not hard exersizes to do at home. PS: i already know about crunches!! something other than that please!
by the way, i am 13 and 5' 4" and weigh 108
i work out a lot, like dancing, gymnastics, running, volleyball, etc. but that does not help my little pooch (stomach fat!) it is the lower stomach
