When you exercise you build muscle and lose fat. Muscle cells weigh more than fat cells. Fat cells are like air filled balloons and muscle cells are more compact and solid. You will lose inches although the weight will show an increase because of the difference in the fat and muscle cells.

you are probably just gaining muscle from the weight training. Switch your exercises to another time of day, such as noon or break it up be tween a 1/2 an hour in the morning and a 1/2 an hour later. Your body may be getting too used to the program you are doing now. If that still doesn't work, you should change the kind of cardio so that your bod wont feel to accustomed to it. Try and drink more water before during and after exercising. Measure yourself instead of weighing in on the scale. You will lose more inches before you drop lbs. You may be continuously losing inches and not lbs yet . also 1 to 5 lbs could just be water weight. stick with the measuring tape, like out of a sewing kit. You with see a difference.

If you are exercising that much, you are not getting enough calories! You should be closer to 1800 or so, depending on how tall you are. Your body may be cutting back on its metabolism.
If you are bloating, you are either not eating the right foods (too many carbs or too much protein or not enough fruits and veggies) or not getting enough water and your body is trying to retain it. You may find that your weight gain is actually due to the bloating. Make sure you are getting enough water (8 glasses is the general recommendation, but you might need a little more depending on the intensity of your work outs).
Fruits and veggies are vital. You should be getting a minimum of 7 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
One other consideration will depend on what weights you are actually doing. If it's intense, you may just be building a whole lot of bulk.

You arn't eating enough, I know this sounds a little weird but I think you should eat more. Also drink lots and lots of water, if you already are maybe you are drinking too much and Don't drink pop. Also you could be gaining muscle and muscle is not light. lol. But it is good, if you think you have more fat then muscle then just eat a little more, not junk food but good food, drink more or less water, and dont drink pop, energy drinks, or anything that will make you bloated. Also are you on your period??

by working out so much chances are you are building muscle mass which is good because muscle burns fat and calories much better than fat. While you are still gaining weight also pay attention to your measurements. It might be much more encouraging when you lose inches rather than just paying attention to a number.

It's probably a combination of not eating enough and the workouts are building muscle.
Be sure you get enough to eat, and get plenty of protein if you are working out. Peanut butter is good, so are meats like chicken. If you don't get enough to eat, your body will store everything you eat, and you end up not losing weight like you think.

Not eating enough slows down you metabolism and causes you to gain weight. Not knowing your height/weight, I would approximate you need somewhere between 2000-2400 calories.
