okay, i know swimsuit season is coming up and i REALLY need to get rid of this big stomach of mine. its not huge, but u get the idea. i need some exersizes to do at HOME. i dont have the time to go to a gym, im very busy. just some quick and not hard exersizes to do at home. PS: i already know about crunches!! something other than that please!
by the way, i am 13 and 5' 4" and weigh 108
i work out a lot, like dancing, gymnastics, running, volleyball, etc. but that does not help my little pooch (stomach fat!) it is the lower stomach

Do a form of crunch called the bicycle.

put your hand behind your head as if you were to do a crunch, but instead of crunching normally, alternate touching your right elbow to your left knee with your left elbow to your right knee. As you alternate, extend your legs out and it works your entire core, especially your upper abs.

If you want to work your lower abs and you want to be at home, lie down on your back and with your legs together, lift your legs from your starting 180degree position straight up to a 90degree position. This works better if you have someone standing by your head that way you can grab their ankles for support and he/she can throw your legs back towards the ground after each time you raise your legs.

I would visit the Self magazine site and cut yourself some slack!!! Honey don't worry about a "pooch" - people will notice you and your personality more than your any little "imperfection" you could pick out on yourself.

If you want to lose that - you need to do cardio to burn fat. Jumping jacks, cardio DVDS, etc. Crunches will build the muscle UNDER the fat, but you got to sweat to burn your pooch. Good luck.

pooches or as i call it my "muffin" can be cute. you sound like ur in perfect shape. just keep doing what ur doing cut out soda and drink water that will help
