You can continue to eat whatever you want, as long as the exercise you do burns off more calories etc than you put back in (althought some people find that as they change their exercise regime, they unconsciously start to change their eating habits as well).

Use low weights, high repition to tone without the bulk. Walking or running will also give great results for toning legs and stomach. Plain old sit-ups and push-ups are also a benefit.

I am afraid that two have to go hand in hand my friend. You cant gain a six pack in the torso if you are eating bad. Nothing is wrong with enjoying what you eat but if you want to get into shape, then you are going to have to cut back on what you eat. Exchange soda for water, sweet cakes for sweet fruit.....try to limit yourself to about 1500 calories per day and exercise. Do this and you will be fine. Hope this helps.

Yes, start with being physically active 30 or more minutes a day. You can choose a wide variety of exercises to get to your goal, including, walking, swimming, tennis, basketball, etc. Supplement this with a muscle-building routine like weightlifting or resistance bands three times a week, taking a rest between days. Join a gym or hire a personal coach to help you with this goal.

You don't need to diet, and I see that you don't want to lose weight. For your health, you could eat more fruits and veggies, and less fried foods and soda.

Just remember to drink plenty of water, particularly after exercise.

Well, yeah, but do you really want to eat the crap you eat everyday? You'll feel sooo much better and you'll get better results and be so much healthier if you eat healthier. You don't just want a better body, you want better health.
