I am a very fit female, I do 4-5 days of cardio per week, 4 days lifting, and 2 days i do light and power yoga....consuming a diet of 1,500 cals, weight is 97-100lbs. and I am 5 feet tall....anyways.....i am happy with my size, i have very strong stomach muscles, but my lower abs are impossible to flatten out, can this be fixed? It's like i have this little pouch and it looks silly because everywhere else is tight and toned, but this little pouch is driving me nuts....i have had eating disorders in the past and this has gotten rid of the pouch (obviosly), but now that I am healthy again, I would like to have a flat stomach and continue eating healthy...? any ideas...?
