Cigerettes are sold as lights and normal in the market . Are lights safer than normal meaning less tobacco less tar ?

Apparently, they're not. The cigarette makers just add holes into the cigarette filters so that the cigarette smoke is mixed with air, and thus "diluted". The actual safety of the cigarette is unchanged, though.

They were brought out to make smokers feel like they were smoking "safer" cigarettes. However, research has consistently shown that so-called light cigarettes actually make smokers inhale more deeply and probably cause more harm than regular cigarettes. There is no such thing as a safe cigarette. The tobacco companies are total 100% long-term liars. Everything they tell you is deceitful and less than truthful.

U must smoke.Right?If u do & u smoke lights...Take 1 out.Look down on the filter.There's a bunch of sm holes in it.Yur suppose 2 get less of everything when u smoe lights.
