my knees hurt all the time.basically it's the muscles surrounding the knees that hurt.it feel lke they are inflamed and sore to the touch.does anyone else have this problem?

What worked for me was a supplement called Osteo Biflex. I startd taking it about 4 years ago and I've been fine ever since. My right knee used to lock up on mr and crack with minor discomfort. I no longer have any problems. You can buy Osteo Biflex at most department stores and pharmacies. I usually buy it when there's a buy 1 get 1 free sale and then use coupons

The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies will teach you how to get the muscles better.
For now start with a massage - back, maybe abdominal muscles, definitely quads. This will help you get to the muscles that are tight better than you might be able to yourself.

Depending on your age ,weight and genetics ,you could have arthritis. The muscles hurt because your leg isn't able to straighte normally and this shortens the ligaments and causes pain.
