I know sometimes fast food kinda makes me fat and lazy. Also, not getting enough rest either. I need to focus on school but its so hard since I don't want to do it cause i'm lazy. Is there anyways I can break the addiction?

We are all guilty of being lazy. Whether it is for mowing the lawn, cleaning the house, or doing homework. We always find ourselves fighting laziness. Even though laziness is never as rewarding and fulfilling as actually completing something well done, why is it so overpowering?

I think it has something to do with not liking change if you are comfortable. For example, if you are very busy, you did not feel tired or lazy until the moment that you stop being busy. And vice versa, if you are relaxing or idling, you are very unmotivated to start doing something else. In other words, our body and mind does not like change. I guess that is why I am not a morning person.

So, the best advice that I can give is to keep busy. Each day, always plan a packed schedule ahead of time. Leave no vacant time unless it is also scheduled, such as watching your favorite television show. When I was in college, I always took more classes than what was considered a full-time load, and I had a part-time job too. It also helps to set aside some time at the end of the day, typically right before going to bed, to think about how we used our time inefficiently, so that we minimize repeating the same mistakes so often. I also found that I always try to accomplish everything on my “To Do” list that day, so it does not impact my plans for the next busy day.

Fast food may make you fat, but it doesn't make you lazy. It may make you FEEL lazy, but its your that allows yourself to BE lazy.

1. Stop eating so much fast food. Once a week or once every couple weeks, if that, is enough.
2. Exercise. Go for a walk. MAKE YOURSELF DO IT. Just once. Then again. And again. And again. It'll break you of the lazy habit, give you energy, and fight the fat from the fast food.
3. Just do your work. MAKE YOURSELF. A lot of people don't want to do their schoolwork, but they make themselves. It takes effort, but you have to do it.

Besides, you'll feel better about yourself. Lazy is so negative. Once you're more active and less lethargic, you'll start feeling better.

Well i would say that it is not an addiction for one. And you need to just get into your studies if you want to or not, cause you need to do the work, and you need to realize , cause something does not interst you , it does not mean that you can just blame it on an addiction, cause sir you are just lazy and that is not an addiction, you can get off of your as* any time you want to and do the things that you know you need to do, it is that you choose not to, and that is the only reason.

Start giving your self precise chores or matters to do on a everyday foundation. Just do them everyday and ultimately it'll emerge as a dependancy and you will not be in a position to head with out doing it. Go for a brief stroll daily even as and notice the way it works out. If you may have a puppy take them for a stroll or to the park to play. You acquired to discover matters that inspire you. Write an time table for the week and cling it up and placed assess marks subsequent to all you whole and take a look at that. Good good fortune with it.

Not wanting to do schoolwork could be due to lot's of things that may not include laziness. Maybe you were never properly taught methods of studying and now you can learn? Or Maybe your ADHD and now you can get help. Or Maybe you just hate it like I do and HAVE to force yourself to work on it for a while everyday. Give yourelf some credit and don't be so hard on yoruself!
