Well I'd say if shes five, not to worry. They are her baby teeth. It will soon be the "average" for her to have no front teeth. There shouldnt be any harm to 2nd teeth by just a fall or hit. I know you worry know, but I'd worry more if adult teeth. And now days anything can be fixed dentally. Just a little mom story. My daughter was born with an illness requiring a month of hosp. stay at birth. She had antibiotics that rotted her teeth. Well we had basically little false teeth, permantly tho placed in. About 4 years old they fell out & we left out because kids around that age naturally were having teeth fall out. She is now 10 & has beautiful set of 2nd teeth. So try not to worry, it'll all work out. You did the right thing by going to ER, or maybe even calling your dentist. They do have emergency phone # if you call. The dentist will judge what he/she wants to do, see her, or wait till morning. Good luck, its part of parenting. Unfortunately there will be a lot more boo boo's, accidents to come-but lots of joy too. GOOD LUCK!

RELAX!!!!!
I work at a pediatric dental office. We see so many kids with this kind of trauma you'd be shocked.
First off the best thing you can do is take her to the ER. A lot of the time they'll send her to a on call pediatric dentist who will better be able to treat and diagnose her.
Most of the damage is normally soft tissue (a cut lip, gum trauma, etc.)
The teeth normally sustain damage and are loose. Unless they are just hanging there we'll take an x-ray and check it closely every week or so for damage to the root tips. We want to make sure that they aren't damaging the permanent teeth. But they'll be able to check once they can look and see. With kids a lot of the time they'll tighten back up.
If they don't there are options.
I'm going to leave you with this information to help your worry. If you have questions e-mail me please. It's available through this and I'll write you right back.

At the age of 5 she still has her baby teeth in the front. Don't panic, the teeth have very short roots at this age and will cause no long term effects if they come out right now. She will have her perm teeth with-in about 6 months, and the perm teeth will probably be unaffected by the blow. This is a very common accident for kids, I see it all the time.

If you are unsure that she has fragments from the fall embedded in her gums / mouth, take her to the ER. They may not be able to save her teeth. But, luckily, she's very young and her adult teeth will naturally replace them with time.

Relax, she's only five and soon her adult teeth will replace her baby teeth anyway.

If they are not too loose she should be fine, but you will want to take her to the dentist asap. The dentist should be able to provide a way to hold them in place until the gums heal.

try to gentle put the teeth back in place...and go as soonest as possible to the dentist, he will splint the teeth and wait some days to see any improvement...
