Hi... I'm a high school girl... 147 lbs.. about 5'6ish... well i'm in a play and i have a good role, but all the other girls i have to work with are so much taller, older, and skinnier , so i'm trying to lose some weight. i started working out in a weight room last week, i feel a little better but i still need to lose a couple of pounds. I also play guitar and perform onstage a lot, so naturally it'd be nice for me to look a little healthier... even when this whole drama thing is finished. Does anyone know anydiets that work well? I've tried low carb, lost a good amount of weight but it was impossible to stick with. if noone has any good suggestions i guess i'll go back on that, but i'd like to know what others have to say.
