Panty liners come in all shapes and sizes just like pads. Try a long panty liner or a wider one or just wear an ultra thin pad. Good Luck :)

If you're okay with blood getting on your underwear and you don't mind having to wash the blood off, then you can stick with panty liners. They also have pads that are meant for light days but still have the wings. You can wear those when your blood flow is light.

Well if you wore a pantyliner and it leaked onto your underwear, that means you probably had it on too long or it wasnt as light as you thought it was. Periods have a mind of their own they can start out light and get heavy or vice verse. You can wear pads without wings if you dont like the wings but the wings do protect your underwear. Are you just starting, because I know when I first started I only wore pantyliners I just refused to wear pads but I eventually had to start wearing pads because I was changing pantyliners too often and messing up underwear. It just didnt stay that light forever. Hope this helps.

if u wore a panty liner and it went through if u do it again u'll be takin a chance of it happining again. or worse it might go through on to ur pants. (wont look to good!) i would were a pad if ur to young for tampons or if its not that heavy. also try ulta thin pad with wings it holds the same as a regular pad but with out being big and bulky. always has good ones

Most women have to use a pad. Very few can make it with a panty liner. If you bleed through with a panty liner, you should try a regular pad to be safe. You wouldn't want to bleed through your pants or skirt would you? That would be embarrasing!

Panty liners are not for that kind of use, you can use them when you are coming off of your period and its very light, or if you have a little discharge! use pads with wings for the best protection for you knickers!! try ALWAYS freshell with the cool wipes for extra freshness!!

If the pantyliner is leaking or too thin, chances are you're going to need to use something designed for a heavier flow. Pantyliners are actually only designed for minimal protection, like at the beginning or end of your period when you are just spotting. They also protect your underwear in case of a little discharge. For your period, though, I suggest wearing pads or tampons designed for a normal flow. You can use thin pads with or with out wings if you're worried about something too bulky. Try Always Clean! Its a pad-wipe combo. They're thin and work well too! Always also makes tampons in all sizes for all flows.

The panty liner isn' enough and you need to wear a pad - unless you don't mind cleaning the stains on your underwear.

You do not nec. have to wear a pad with wings but you may want to try wearing a regular pad during your period. "Always" thin pads are very thin-almost as thin as a panty liner and you can even get them to wear in thongs.
