when you say swollen do you mean that the eyelid is swelling? if it's red then it could be conjunctivitis. but you said it's not red. have you examined if there is like a tiny circular nodule behind the swelling, if there is then it's a stye. it could also be a sore eyes. try visine eye drops for the moment to cleanse it. and take in vitamin C tablets to help hasten the healing process and don't touch it. then you will have to bring it to a doc because you might need antibiotics for those and the doc will determine what's the appropriate antibiotic for your eye condition. if it's stye it will usually help up on it's own with vitamin C, visine eye drops and increased water intake. you might also wanna try garasone eye drops which has antibacterial effect for eye sores which are swollen and painful and it relieves it after days.

It might be an eye infection. I suggest taking some Benedryl allergy. My doc prescribed that for my eye infection. My eyes were painful and swollen (like a bumblebee). LOL It went away after a few days though..bigs eyes and all. Good luck.

It could just be an allergic reaction, try a cold wet washcloth on it. If that does not help and it does not get better, you need to see a doctor-soon!!!!

It could be a sty, or pink eye. Your not descriptive enough for a thorough answer.

Do you have gunk oozing from it or not? If you do, it's probably conjunctivitis. If not, probably just a sty. Get it checked out. Can't play it too safe with your eyes.

Sounds like an infection. Go to urgent care or ER before this gets worse.
