One day me and my brother were playing video games and I beat him so he jokingly dragged me out of his room. The problem is he doesn't know his own strength and when he dragged me he pulled my arm pretty bad. My arm and shoulder hurt for a couple of days after that and for the past 3 weeks I've had back pain and shooting pain in my head, neck and occasionally my shoulder. I haven't done anything physical that would cause this pain. Could my neck, head and back pain be related to this incident? What should I do?

You may have torn a muscle or tendon. See a doctor.

Absolutely - muscles are most likely rebelling. I would see a chiropractor who uses the tool called an activator (instead of manual manipulation) if possible along with a massage therapist. Both of whom know about trigger points. Personal use pick up The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies, it explains and helps you help yourself 75% success rate for the book.

Yes, she should insist he see a doctor. Pain radiating up the sides of the neck can be a sign of a heart attack (among other things), and you should always see a doctor for a headache that's the worst you've ever had.
