This is purely out of curiosity for me. There must be thousands of weight loss programs online and I want to find the most UNHEALTHY one. I'm just really curious. I would NEVER follow it or suggest it to anyone. So can anyone help me on this search? I already found one website that sounds pretty low...it promised something like 20 lbs. in 10 days! Haha, so unhealthy.

I'm at uni and can never get to sleep.
Everyone else manages just fine, but i don't. I always wonder what's going to happen the next day at uni and.. well, get worked up about it.

It's a horrible feeling.

I usually get about 2 hours a night which obviously is very bad!
By the end of the week I feel and look so bad,

What can i do?
Is there medication or something?

Someone please help me.

before me and my partner have sex i have no problems but as soon as we are don having intercourse i start to get a real horrible burning sensation in my vagina that seems to last for hours. i do not understand why this happening , i have had all tests done and everything has come up clear.... I have tried to have sex with and without condoms, and we use plenty of lube. Nothing helps

Has anyone had this procedure? I had a rigid one done five years ago and it was horrible. The doctor says they would be using a fibroptic flexible scope this time and it would be more comfortable. I am still really nervous and scared of the procedure and I know I need it due to re occurant bladder infections. Any suggestions on how to mentally prepare for this and relax?

For instance, if you are a woman with a lower tone or a man with a higher tone, is it possible to permanantly alter the pitch of your speaking voice by speaking in a higher/lower tone consistantly, or are you born with your (post-puberty) vocal pitch predetermined? I've always wondered this.

I made a appointment with a doctor.

I have had a ringing in my ear for about two weeks and just curious to know what it is. It started one night and continued for a few days and then I got a cold a few days later. The more I cough the more they ring, but now that the cold is gone the ringing goes away two days and is back four more days and leaves and comes back any diagnosis before I go to my appointment?

I've started exercising in the morinings(walking and a bit of jogging) but i get so hungry afterwards and i realised i cant get satisfied unless i eat something sweet(lots of it)I don't think i even burn as much calories exercising as i consume afterwards.
How can i curb my appetite after exercising because im worried i'll end up gaining weight instead of losing it.
Any suggestions are very much appreciated!!

Does anyone know if using olive oil for head lice really does work? I have tried RID and it did not work, also tried Mayo, it didn't work either. My daughter is only two so I need something that won't be harmful. Any new ideas. I have washed , bleached, vacumed everything. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

im not a goth or anything, but i have a few skull tattoos and my bike jacket and helmet has skulls on it, i got a custom paint job on my bike with skulls, i have many pictures of skulls in my room. everytime i look for something to buy myself i look for something with skulls on it. i know im not gothic i know ive never killed anyone before but ive seen many people die, so i dont know if that has something to do with it.

I've tried every brand and version of those worthless plastic/spongy ear plugs from my local Blooms and CVS and they don't do a thing whatsoever. Is there anything out there that can block every sound out completely? Like maybe some small earphones made just for this purpose?
