Statistically speaking? Yes. In a bell curve, you belong on right side of the curve, meaning there are very low number in the population of women who are that tall.
But then, it is only a number. Who is to say how tall or how short one should be? You are - who you are. It is like asking is being black ok for a woman. or being white ok for a man. Neither is a fair question.
You are born that way with various genetic factors thrown in for good measure.

This depends on your ancestry. In some African tribes, this height is normal and anybody shorter than 6' would be considered odd. For a caucasion however, this is tall (average female height is around 5'4"), but you can't control it. Enjoy being different and look up the group that prides itself in being over 6', they have annual conventions and everything.

Unless she has a medical condition causing her to grow this tall (I forget the name of condition...men get it too), it's not too tall. I've got a girlfriend who is pushing 6'6".
It could very well be hereditary.

what agency sets the proper limits for height for anyone??? People grow as tall as they're gonna grow regardless of what other people think....

I have a girlfriend who is 6'3". She is so beautiful, and carries her height well. Just remember to stand up straight, don't slouch. Be proud of yourself. If you feel comfortable, your height will suit you.

thats good..just dont wear heels very much...
its a good height for the WNBA and also modeling ..like giselle bundchen is 6'3"...
