Hmmm. Since alcohol makes headaches worse, NOT drinking would probably be a quite effective treatment. Certainly much safer than mixing it with any painkiller.

Alcohol will damage the liver and so will paracetemol. The combination together increases the risk expedentially. 1+1=4 in this case. Avoid paracetamol when you are drinking. Try something like advil "ibuprofen" that is filtered through the kidneys and less likely to damage your liver and more likely to decrease inflamation and actually give you some relief.

Is anybody home in your head. Your body is telling you to give up the alcohol and it will give up the headache. Why do you want to harm your body with alcohol when you are perfect without it. Come on find something better and more intelligent to do. You have brains enough to ask so you have brains enough to stop. I'm rooting for you!

Alcohol and some medicines don't mix. When your stomach is free from alcohol, perhaps you can take an aspirin.

Tylenol. Don't take anything like aspirin as it thins your blood like the alcohol does.

uhh. ibuprofen and aspirin.

more exotically, n-acetylcysteine will scavenge with glyceraldehyde due to its hepatoprotectant effects.

actually tylenol should not be taking during a bout of heavy drinking, but thanks for playing.
