If so how bad did it hurt? I’m really scared about the pain I’m going to have to go through (I’m NOT going under, I’m just getting shots :-S ) and if I go in there knowing what I should expect I might not be as scared. So if you've had your wisdom tooth (or teeth) pulled can you please give me a general idea of the pain I’m going to have to endure??? Thanks :)

I walked barefoot from my car to my house and the rocks stung the bottom of my feet even after I was inside for several minutes. Is there something I should be concerned with. This never happend to me before.

but they do not realize the severity of the depression I am experiencing and they are giving me generic advice, like everybody goes through hard times....and maybe in the spring you will fell better....in the spring? I really can't see past monday, I need to make some drastic changes with my life, if i do anything they wll just think I am irrational not that I am doing it because I am trying to stop myself from doing something worse like suicide, any advice?

I draged my dog from vet to vet for a bad skin rash until finally one suggested to take her to a specialist. They took all kinds of tests and finally told me she may have cushings.I declined.That was at least 4 years ago. She has been doing fine. Two days ago she went to the vet for choclate poisening and it was recommended again. My dog has been fine for the last four years. Is someone out there who had the same experiance ? My dog is a cocker/dachs mix and is 16 yrs old.

If people want to smoke then thats their choice and should do so away from others? I do not have a sense of smell and I when people puff my way it makes me feel nauseated. Also my daughter does not like it either. Its is not healthy to breathe in smoke fromcigarettes.I feel nervous about asking people not to light up.

Anyone out there with bipolar type II who has trouble with college performance? Any ideas on how to cope with this? I desperately want to graduate, but am afraid that I won't be able to get it together enough to do so. I'm already on meds and in therapy. Thanks.

Last tuesday I was hurt in a basketball game and had my lip busted open and my top tooth broken in half. I had stitches that night at emergency and then the next day I had the tooth re-attached... That night in the emergency they prescribed some antibiotics for me (Amoxicillin, or Amoxil) to take 3 times a day for 10 days. A few days ago, maybe starting saturday or what not, my face became very dry and itchy (basically only in certain spots). So dry that the dry skin would fall off here and there. On wednesday I began to put neutrogena moisturizing cream on my face but it was still the same. Today the antibiotics ran out, and I just took a shower and after it I noticed the red marks on my face, so instead of the cream, I used St.Ives Cleansing Pore care. Now what should I do? Should I continue using the pore cleanser and see what happens (since i THINK the problem may be a side effect of the antibiotic since it wasnt like this before)(note,i used oxy triple clean pads a few times too)

It's just something I've noticed after going through my medical records the other day. I mean, I've had a lot of different doctors (I've moved around a lot) but I can hardly read anything. What's the deal with that? Does anyone have a theory, as to why that is?

Today while I was driving to pick up my brother and sister from school in the middle of the intersection I lost control of the car couldn't lift my head up couldn't see in front of me. I reached my hands out to try to grab the steering wheel but I ended up turning in the middle of the intersection cars where honking at me but I couldn't even lift my head. 5 SECOUNDS latter I felt perfectly normal again. No pain no nothing. I called my doctor she said it was a lack of fluid in my body. I'm only 21. I had a cup of coffee to drink that day but that's about it. Did this ever happen to you? What do you think is happening to me?

There is something wrong with my stomach (for a week now).
I have been vomiting everything I've consumed.
My stomach feels constipation and cramps as well as a little pain.
Yet I have diarrhea (very watery).
when I walk I feel like throwing up at times (I have on two occasions outside).
Lastly, since I started feeling like this I have little energy. I tried ginger ale and pepto bismol.
20 years young, and no I have not been to taco bell or eaten out of any packed vegi bags (I hate both).
