i jast had baby 5 months ago and i am not that fat . i am 5.3 and 122 pounds. but i am really worried about my belly fat. can anyone suggest me what should i do , what should i eat the whole chart. and what kind of exercises i can do. i am a newcomer in the field of exercise . so if you have pictures of what exercise i sould do will help a lot. thanx

Ab Crunchs. Best solution do them for about 10 minutes a day every day(Its going to hurt to start trust me!). Also, cut down on fats that target your stomach the most. Otherwise, I think that'll do.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.
