Massage your eyelids gently with your fingers every night or morning for around 2 minutes or go to the doctor and he will tell you to do this and he can perscribe some eye drops made to help this condition. I too have dry eyes. Visine does not help this condition.

Plain old saline solution will do the trick if you're sensitive to Visine.

I have dry eyes. My doctor told me it can be caused by many things like medications, hormones, contact lense wear, etc.... She told me that increasing my intake of omega3 fatty acids will help and to use a good wetting eye drop when needed. She also gave me a perscription eye drop called restasis to increase tear production

Use over the counter eye drops. And the reason they are dry might be that you have bad allergies. So get an over the counter allergie medicine.
