My therapist/psychiatrist have yet to identify or label me with a diagnosis. However, tey've prescribed celexa for the time being and now are putting me on Ativan for when my lows get too hard to handle Can anyone shed some light as to the effects of this drug? Personal experience would be much appretiated! Thanks

do most men wax? or are all the hairless men naturally that way? Is it queer for a straight man to wax his chest?

I have a small lump on my thumb just above and to the side of the knuckle. It doesn't cause any pain and it comes and goes. When it's there I notice that my thumbnail has a white streak from the nail bed to the top of the nail which eventually grows out, it also causes the nail to flatten and thicken but only where the white streak is. The lump itself is sometimes red-almost like a bad pimple but it never seems to do anything. I can press on it without causing any pain. I could go to the Doctor but it seems a minor complaint and not worth paying the co-pay. Does anyone have any ideas? I haven't noticed any connection with foods, and it comes and goes at will almost, this is the 2nd time this year it has appeared.

It is not a strange color or smell or anything, there i just much, much more than i ever used to get.

i thought it might be because i had been sick with mono a couple months ago.. like, maybe my body was purging stuff.. i don't know, but it has been a couple months and hasn't stopped..

what could be the cause?

My mom is an amazing woman... she's done so much for herself and her children. Now that we are all grown (at 24, I am her youngest child), she has taken to drinking on occasion, which is okay... but in the last year, her fiancee hit her and they split, my sister and her started fighting all the time, my aunt died, my other aunt got breast cancer, and numerous other things have gone wrong. My mom went from drinking on occasion to drinking every day. Sometimes she's drunk by noon, sometimes 10am. I've tried to talk her into AA, and I've tried to talk her into rehab, but she won't do either. Now she gets the shakes (withdrawals) if she doesn't drink within a couple of hours of waking up. She sleeps more than ever before, she has no energy, she's turning into more of an alcoholic than I could have ever imagined. I love my mom to death, but I don't know how to help her. Should I stage an intervention? If so, how do I go about doing that? Can I get her checked into rehab? HELP!!!

In the past few days I have noticed my skin breaking out more than usual. I actually never break out until my period is coming and even at that only have 1 or 2 pimples. I'm not stressed or eating anything out of the ordinary. Any ideas?

Everytime you eat anything with cheese in it, you get a really bad stomach ache and have to go to the bathroom?
Or greasy food?

Or what would it be?

I'm 5'7 i'm like 127lbs and I just measured my breast size on a bra converter to figure out what size I am and it said a 32 AA.... I know it seems so shallow to be obessed with this but it doesn't seem normal for someone my height and weight to have a 32 AA.... I just wanted to know some other womens sizes at my age so I can see if I'm normal. because I don't know why I'm not growing like all the other girls in my grade that are all at least a B or C even DD. Argggghh I just feel very frustrated about this for a reeaaallly long time. I know some people are slow at growing b.oobs but I'm feeling like my body forgot to turn on the puberty button. >.>
K this is turning into more of a 'lets talk about my feelings' then a question so I'll shut up now.

How can I get a little bit fatter? I eat and eat...but I'm 15 and weigh 110 or so pounds.....I mean I eat like a damned black hole. But I'm honestly nearly immune to fat it seems like. I'll admit I'm depressed and worry a lot so that does make me have a smaller diet at times...but over all I can eat 3 pizzas (along with a lot of other stuff) in less than a day. I've worked out more than one of my friends yet he still appears a bit larger...

Really it seems like working out doesn't do much either, as though I get stronger but appear the same. I never really work out much because I'm lazy and just don't see much reason to get really buff, I'm just tired of appearing so freakishly skinny. Is there anything that can at least put some fat around the forearm and such?

Also please don't say steroids =P

I have three kids, all girls. My oldest daughter is 26 and she is 5'2. My second daughter is 21 and she is 5'6. My youngest daughter is 15 and she is 6'0. She has been taller than me since she was in fifth grade. She is nice and healthy. She weighs around 150pounds. Even when she was in grade school she was as tall or taller than her teachers. She is already taller than me and her father, we're both 5'10
Has anyone else had a girl that grew so fast?

One of my tooth Later Incisor (between the front incisor and canine) on the left side of my mouth is crooked.

It is annoying because it makes me stutter some times and becuse it protrudes out i have a tendency to bite my tongue a lot.

i really don't know what to do with it, i don't think braces are a good option because it is just one tooth.

i was thinking whether i should have a root canal and get a crown there instead or what about having a dentist do a tooth implant by re-fitting my oringinal tooth...except in a more straighter manner then the original/

I'm only 13, but I've discovered a small lump, though I'm not sure how to describe its location. It's just sort of there, on the blank patch above the left testicle. I'm known to be a bit paranoid when it comes to this kind of thing, but could this be cancer? Or is it not even possible for someone my age to develop the ailment? I would like some serious answers if possible.

I just had one cut out yesterday. I can't remember if they said no orange juice (or other citric juices) and soda for only the first 24 hours or for the time I have the stitches.

I tried to call the office but the line was busy each time I tried.

Anyone know??
