Try this exercise: Frequently close your eyes and recall images of what you have seen, in as much detail as possible – pictures, books, experiences – exercise your mind’s muscles and they will continue to improve and grow stronger, as will your photographic memory. At the same time, while relaxing, program your subconscious mind with the message that your power of recall is becoming better and better every day, that there is nothing in your memory that is beyond recall when it is required.

Good luck!

a few years ago i purchased a book from a psychologist author in the States who claimed to use a method to bring fantastics memory with every person you meet.

example:
you meet john smith....to remember his name you imagine him as the great prophet John in the Bible being chased by a blacksmith...
the bizzarre image of using your imagination will capture the name immediatelt in your subconscious memory banks.. and when ever you hear of the name .you will remember the image...

sounds crazy, ,, doesn't it....but i tried it and it works

The mind is the most powerful tool..with your imagination,,,nothing is impossible
