"We often assume that women have all the health issues, and men just coast through life, essentially dealing with nothing more serious than their prostate. Talk about simplification! In fact, men also have monthly cycles and as they approach mid-life go through a series of glandular and systemic changes that mimic menopause, and has inspired the new term: andropause. Just as with women, men's emotions, sexual drive, energy level and competitive edge are all tied into gland function and streams of biochemicals. Many of the emotional drives and competitive urges are simply the result of testosterone, adrenalin and serotonin. By paying attention to the symptoms men experience, it is possible to provide relaxation of the muscles, a calming of the nervous system and a lifetime of vitality and libido."

To various levels i think of that confident adult men do have a cycle, no count if the cycle is of an analogous length i could no longer say. My experience of self is that approximately ever 4 weeks i gets slightly 'spotty' often for the duration of my back etc, this i won't characteristic to a sympathetic reaction as I stay on my own and am single therfore i'm no longer 'motivated' as stated by using some others solutions. wish of a few small help ..

Yes

(It is true. You obviously don't bleed but you go through emotional and maybe even hormonal cycles on a monthly basis. As the links I provided below will show you this has been studied for a while.)

Per the medicine field, men do not go through any cycle like the women. Sorry. It's some other reason why????

Yes, of course.
Any married man can be observed to follow a 28-day cycle, during which he spends about a week hiding, and not expressing anything which could be construed as an opinion, on any subject at all...

yes, they do!
my husband follows a three month cycle. every third month for a week he gets moody, reclusive and prefers to stay in bed and sleep.
And I know several other men that do the same thing.
They have the same hormones as we do just in different levels, and they go through the same things as us.

lmao, yes they do have a hormonal swing, though I don't think its on a monthly basis like women. If you notice that there are times you have less patience....mark it on the calendar.....the next time it happens....record it again. See if after awhile you notice a pattern. Its just a fluctuation in hormone levels.....every organism on earth has chemical processes that alter the make up periodically......

Thats a hell of a set of pecs you got there, hulk!

I've heard that as well. Some sort of cycle. I wish I had more info, I don't know what they call it or anything, but I have heard of that.

I would believe it. Most of the men I know go through a week of the month pissed off for no reason.

I've never heard of a man having a period. If a guy starts to bleed down there, it's something bad...very bad.
