The best way to do that is to eat several small meals a day. Drink plenty of water as most of the time we think we are hungry it is because we are actually thirsty. Be sure not to deny your body of nutrition during the intake of small meals. Foods that satisfy your body's nutritional needs will ultimately result in less craving for food.

Yes it is possible.. When I was pregnant with my first daughter very very early on I started craving onions and hot dogs. I craved hot dogs with both my girls but onions, I never even liked onions before I got pregnant. Also b 4 I got pregnant I used to love 1000 island dressing but now cant stand it. Also very early in my pregnancy i went off Italian foods especially spaghetti and pizza two of my favorite foods.. Also you may notice a certain sensitivity to smells. I couldn't stand the smell of coffee from week 2 of my pregnancy until my baby was born.... good luck hope it helps.

- Drink water before your meals, 2 cups or something.
- Eat with a teaspoon, i know it sounds silly but it does do a lot, it fills up the hunger quicker.
- Keep busy in order not think of eating.
- Eat in plates/dishes that have decorations on them, so you don't fill them up.
- Sleep a lot, it keeps you from walking up to the fridge every now and then
- NEVER eat in front of a TV, or while talking with someone, try to keep focused on what you eat so you don't drift of & eat too much.
- Try eating alone.
- Every day, make a list of what you eat, this way you can keep track of what you eat and convince yourself that you've already had enough so far.
All this stuff doesn't help lose weight BUT they do stop you from eating too much
hope it helps

Just drink a lot of water(not so much that you'd have to go every 5 min ) eat vegetables and fruits eat more grain and non - processed foods. Avoid chips , candies , and any of that junk. Gatorade is okay when you're working out. Eat foods that you usually eat but when you're full you're full don't go beyond you're stomach's limits.

eating as little as possible will increase your chances of becoming EXREMELY ill. You should eat 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) but the choose the foods you eat very wisely.

Why would you want to do this! Just eat enough to make you full, like for lunch eat a sandwich, a banana, yogurt, and pretzels. Don't starve yourself you may lose weight but as soon as you start eating again, it will all come back

the number one food group our body needs is protein

If you eat low fat protein, that will stay with you longer than most anything.
