I can't sleep!!! Lately, i haven't been able to sleep...i have tried many things...it just doesn't work...and i cannot sleep!!! Any suggestions (other than sleeping pills)???

My son,20, has this problem, he is slightly overweight, 5'9" 240 very muscualur has no other problems, can lift, do sit ups, crunches, etc yet he can not run, when he does after a couple of minutes he says his chest feels like a weight is sitting on it, had a stress test done today but have to wait for results, Heart Dr seemed very edgy while the test was going on and was ready to stop, then my son said he could do no more he didn't even get as far as finishing the test. this is not his lungs as we have had all the test done and his lungs are fine. Marfans Syndrome and Heart problems run on my side of the family and his Dad just had quad bypass 2 yrs ago, Dad was other wise healthy, thin, non smoker adn was only 50 yrs old. son also said he has a "racing" feeling sometimes when he is just sitting relaxing. Any info would be great, Thanks.

In this forum I often hear girls talking against guys gawking at them. But these days you wear so less, it is hard to resist. You walk around showing legs, cleavages & Bum cleavages too. How do you expect us guys not to get a hard on.

Just this morning I saw a girl who bent down to pick her car keys. I Could get a wonderfull view of her entire bum cleavage. My little master started jumping up and down inside my pants.

A few weeks ago I injured my ankle through twisting it n it soon became swollen without noticing. Recenlty I went 2 the foot specialists n they said that I would need 2 get a physio 2 take a look. It doesn't hurt much except if I walk alot alot. Like my ankle is still swollen though. Is this a major injury and can it be treated?
