There are many food items for that. I suggest you try the following:
1- Pure honey with youghurt.
2- Boiled eggs and white cheese.
3- Grilled mutton and chicken.
4-Stuffed pigeons with rice and almonds and raisins.
5- Fresh vegetable salad with shrimps.
6-Rice pudding (Rice and Milk) with cream, almonds, raisins and peacans.
7- Seafood(s) with lemon squeezed on it.
8-A medium-rare steak with shrimps or lobster.
9- Shawarma (Doner) and drink a milk-shake or Ayran (Youghurt Drink).
10-Char-broiled cheeseburgers and a chocolate sundae with an apple pie for desert.
Well...I hope these meals are delicious according to your taste. Don't forget that a whole meal with all essential ingredients, minerals and vitamins is the best thing.

1. Reduce the intake of hormone-polluted beef and dairy products. Red meat traps too much hormone-polluted blood. Instead, bring more seafood and poultry into your diet.
2. Eat more seeds, nuts, and soybeans, which contain L-arginine (the natural growth-hormone agents) and Isoflavones (the plant estrogen for anti-cancers and tumor hormones and the liver function enhancers), to help cool down the prostate. Shrinking your prostate will have wonderful effects on your body and can aid in stopping a hair loss pattern.
3. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits for more anti-cancerous and tumor plant hormones and anti-oxidants/vitamins/minerals. You can even try taking a multi-vitamin/mineral to get the antioxidant group into your dietary habits. Notable vitamins are C, E, A, and notable herbs that promote blood circulation are ginseng and ginkgo biloba.

You've done everything you can so far, its good you went back for a second opinion, i would too. I dont know if you've checked this already but the only other thing i can think of is that its some kind of allergy, some people are allergic to synthetic materials, you could check your boxer shirts and switch to cotton, and also change your washing detergent to one for sensitive skin
