i don't think so.. because i have read that vegetables that are orange or some touch of it.. are the food which contains vitamin "a".. and this vitamins is for the good eyesight.... like carrots, squash.. etc..
about the spinach.. i have read that it can relieve hang over

Yes!! It is full of Vitamin A and Luetin.
There are also other veggies/vitamins good for the eyes.
