go to the park and shoot some hoops... the motion is great for toning the upper arms and chest, as well as good cardio if you keep it up for a while.

pushups work well too, but they're boring.

walk 10kms a day, cycle 1 hour a day, and lots of water and fresh vegetables should do wonders.

lose weight....dont drink soda or eat any fast food....go for walks..........drink LOTS of water
